Step One
You have to have an Autism diagnosis by your doctor and a referral for ABA. Please have your doctor send us the diagnosis information by fax at 806.500.2772 or you can bring it by the office.
Step Two
Once you have a diagnosis, we have to verify your insurance before we can schedule an assessment.
